About Sunny
I'm Sunny, and I've walked the road you're on. The Married Single Mother doing everything alone. Separation. High-conflict co-parenting. The climb out of survival mode, and then the journey back to myself, who I was born to be.
It's been a hell of a ride. Some days I didn't want to keep going. But I'm so grateful for my journey now because along the way, I learned so much. What works. What definitely doesn't. What I can and cannot change. And eventually, all of it gave me a purpose: to help guide other women through the same experience.
After two decades of lived experience, alongside professional training, I built this Membership so no woman has to figure it all out alone. It's everything I wish I'd had when I was drowning and desperate for answers.

Sunny is a mum of three, a survivor, and the woman behind this platform. She's been in the thick of it: the confusion, the chaos, the Family Court, the slow road back to herself. Everything here exists because she couldn't find what she needed when she was drowning and desperate for answers. This is the resource she wished she'd had, and she built it for you, so you never have to figure it out alone.
Her lived experience led her to seek out specialist training in family conflict, recognising coercive control, she is a certified high-conflict separation and co-parenting coach, a trauma informed emotional abuse recovery coach and is DASH Risk Assessment trained.
